Description of the Position
§ Lead the Finance Transformation for the Region by setting up a Shared Service Center in Kuala Lumpur for Ocenia, Middle East, SG Regional Office and Japan
§ Drive harmonisation, process improvement and develop best practices to achieve process efficiency
§ Manage SSC operation for A/P, T&E and Inter Company according to SLA
§ Monitor operation and team performance to ensure customers' satisfaction. Proper governance maintain with customers to ensure satisfaction of services
Main Responsibilities
Setting up SSC
§ Develop the master plan for the SSC set up and migration plan
§ Manage the transformation project with detailed activities, timeline and governance to ensure successful setting up of SSC and migration of Oceania, SG HQ, Middle East and Japan
§ Team recruitment
§ Develop meaningful KPI to measure performance of SSC and team members
§ Develop SLA and Service Contract with Customers
Daily Operation
§ Monitoring of KPIs to ensure SLA is full filled
§ Support the team in problem solving or trouble shooting
§ Review work done by team to ensure compliance to SOP, Internal control and Policy & Procedures
§ Manage relevant IS/IT system relating to AP, T&E and Inter co and manage relation with IS/IT team
§ Develop a good and professional relationship with Vendors, Customer and relevant functions in CBUs
§ Guarantee effective internal control system in the relevant processes
§ Contribute or lead finance value add projects
§ Build a high performing team through coaching, guidance, open feedback and SMART target setting
Continuous Improvement Projects
§ Initial and Drive process / system improvement for efficiency and compliance
§ Leverage economic of scale of Pooling activities to access for best in class technology
§ Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset within the SSC team
Professional Qualification / Skill / Behaviour Attributes required
§ Qualified Accountant / Degree in Accounting / Finance
§ Financial SSC and / or Financial PMO experience
§ SAP knowledge esp in AP would be an advantage
§ IT skill in all Microsoft application including PPT
§ Good communication skill in English
§ In a managerial role for at least 3 years with at least 1 year in SSC
§ Autonomous / Dynamic / Curious
