DWA is the Danone Water entity which is selling Evian, Badoit and Volvic in the US and Canada since 1978. Evian is the #1 bottled water brand worldwide with a presence in more than 110 countries.
Over the last 3 years, DWA business has been accelerating its expansion across North America, moving to a double digit pace of growth in a very dynamic thus competitive market category. Its business model has been evolving to a multi distributors – multi channels approach with a strong focus on winning in key cities in North America.
In the meantime, the business unit has been growing from 60 to 95 people in this period, entering new geographies, integrating new capabilities and enhancing a new company culture embracing the water spirit (restless attitude, resilience and grit).
The ambition of DWA is to become the #1 imported water brand in the US (already #1 in Canada)
Summary of core responsibilities:
The overall head of HR mission is to support the CBU expansion and transformation from a people and organization standpoint creating the right energizing culture and enabling the DWA team with the right tools and training.
In order to be successful in this mission, the HR leader is part of the HR Leadership team in North America and needs to leverage this HR ecosystem (CBS centers of expertise in Talent/Organization-Learning-Comp and Ben) raising DWA voice and interest while creating a meaningful global Danone HR approach in North America
This role is reporting hierarchically to the DWA General Manager and functionally to the Head of HR North America.
The main responsibilities in this job are:
· Design HR strategy and prioritization (DWA/North America)
· Engage Evw, Water and Danone Wave HR stakeholders
· Foster the Organization Development & co drive the company culture transformation
· Recruit, develop and retain the best Talents
· Design and ensure implementation Compensation-Benefits-North America policies programs
· Maximize Employees engagement
· Ensuring DWA HR Compliance

Bachelor Degree in HR or a related field required
