We are looking for Global DBS Controlling&Performance Trainee.
At Danone, we create a Global Business Services Organization. The scope of Services are the following areas: Employee Services, Purchase to Pay, Invoice to Cash, Record to Report and Master Data management. We are organized by 4 Zones and 5 Services Lines in a matrixial organization. GBS is about 200M€ expenses, 2500 headcounts, 16 geographies across the world.
As part of our Global Team, your mission will be to support and create value though your participation in the main instance of cost controlling process for One DBS. You will be also responsible for:
· Preparing and communicating instructions for Reporting instances - Cost & FTE control tracking
· Development and support of our Reporting Factory in Power BI
· Participating in our Continuous improvement program inside our Controlling & performance activity
· Participating in a month closing.

About you
You are a perfect fit for this role, because you have:
· University degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related
· Analytical and logical skills,
· Good MS Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP- nice to have
· Strong communication skills with different stakeholders,
· An ability to work in a team.
· Excellent knowledge of English and Polish (minimum B2)
