Main goal of DANONE FUTURE SPECIALIST PROGRAM is to hire young potentials, who will be offered 18 months rotation internships. After the internship, we will offer you Specialist role within our organization. During those 18 months you will, have opportunity to work in two different teams, in each you will spend 9 months. This will give you wider and deeper experience to create your own preferred career path in international environment.

Teams in DANONE, that are taking part in the program:

·  FINANCIAL CONTROL (Manages reporting process, prepares financial statements, manages insurance)
·  FINANCING & TREASURY (Builds relationships with banks, secures financial risk, ensures security of cash transfers)
·  INTERNAL CONTROL (Risk evaluation, reporting and user access management in ERP)
·  TAX (TAX risk management, TAX audit management, TAX advisory)
·  PROCURE TO PAY (Processes employee settlements and payments to suppliers and employees, analyses accounts, posts purchase invoices)
·  INVOICE TO CASH (Manages credit limits, processes invoices, debt collection, registration of complains)

About you

About you

To be a successful Future Specialit, we believe you need to have:

·  University degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics or related
·  Good communicative level of English and Polish (min. B2)
·  Be available for full time job
·  Be open minded and have pro-active approach
·  Good MS Office command (especially Excel)

We will offer you 18 months employment contract, feedback sessions after each rotation and in the end Specialist position!
