As Controller you will be the Finance Business Partner in Iberia with different stakeholders to drive sound financial decision-making for the business. In addition, lead and ensure timely, accurate Reporting in line with the requirements of the company in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.You will oversee the business and financial operations of the company and share responsibility for the organization’s economic and financial performance. You will provide leadership, guidance and direction to the accounting team, develop and implement internal controls and monitor success to minimize risks. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

·  Build a zero-base analysis and identify potential efficiencies in the area.
·  Build Yearly Company’s Budget for. 
·  Lead the monthly closing and create variance analysis.
·  Lead the RF process and create variance analysis.
·  Follow up on productivities and market inflation during closings and Rolling Forecast
·  Monitor R&Os.

About you

· 
Education: Degree in Economic Sciences, Finance or Engineer. 

· 
Experience: Among 3 to 5 years working within controlling department is a must. Working in multinational environment will be a plus.  

· 
Languages:  Fluent Spanish and English. 

· 
Personal Skills: Strong Finance background,Strategic Thinking, Effective Communication, Team-worker, Problem solving, Committed, proactive & Reliable.

· 
IT Skills: Experience with SAP, MS Excel, & BI tools. Power BI and HYPERION will be a plus.
