Role Purpose:
This role sits within the Cash and Finance Transformation (FP&A) team as part of the wider CBU Finance team.
· Support the delivery of Finance Transformation initiatives across systems, processes, and ways of working
· Provide support across the Cash agenda, helping improve cash visibility, control, and performance
· Work with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to deliver practical and sustainable change
Key Activities:
Transformation
· Support delivery of transformation initiatives across Finance, including process improvement, system enhancements, and standardisation
· Help identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve finance processes
· Support implementation of new tools, reporting solutions, or ways of working
· Assist in documenting processes, controls, and best practices
· Provide support on project management activities (tracking actions, timelines, and risks)
· Work with stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes and solutions
· Contribute to continuous improvement culture within the team
Cash
· Support analysis and reporting of key cash metrics (e.g. working capital, cash flow drivers)
· Assist in identifying risks and opportunities impacting cash performance
· Support forecasting and tracking of cash-related KPIs
· Work with stakeholders to improve transparency and understanding of cash levers
· Contribute to initiatives that improve cash collection, accuracy, and governance
General
· Provide analytical support and insights to support decision making
· Collaborate with different teams across Finance and the business
· Support ad hoc analysis, project work, and business priorities as required About you
We would like you to demonstrate the following key skills:
· Accounting and financial experience
· Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
· Interest in Finance transformation, systems, or process improvement
· Good Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or similar tools is beneficial
· Ability to work across multiple tasks and priorities
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Proactive and solution-oriented approach
· Continuous improvement mindset
· Team player, able to collaborate and share ideas effectively
