Field Sales Manager

Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Manager (Specialized Nutrition)  to lead and develop our team of Medical Representatives. This role focuses on driving business success, optimizing field force operations, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

 

Location: Riga, Latvia or Vilnius, Lithuania

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Lead, coach, and develop the SN Field Force team to achieve business objectives.

· 
Design and implement effective territory deployment strategies .

· 
Set, track, and ensure achievement of sales and marketing KPIs .

· 
Oversee territory business plans and ensure alignment with targets.

· 
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

· 
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

· 
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.

· 
Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and maintain customer data.

· 
Medical or related education degree .

· 
Experience in Field Force management in Nutrition, Medical, or Pharmaceutical sectors.

· 
Strong knowledge of hospital, long-term care, and pharmacy markets .

· 
Excellent communication and leadership skills .

· 
Ability to analyze market trends and drive business results .

· 
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities .

· 
Fluency in English and Russian ; Lithuanian or Latvian preferred.

· 
Valid driver’s license .

If you are to be employed in Latvia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 3300€ gross i.e. before taxes.
If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 4400€ gross i.e. before taxes.
