· 
You take on a variety of organizational tasks – including travel arrangements and expense reports, applying for travel documents, and handling correspondence and communication

· 
You are the first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries addressed to the IT & Data Director

· 
You organize meetings and events across countries and coordinate appointments efficiently

· 
You take care of the preparation and follow-up of meetings and events

· 
You handle international business correspondence in English
About you

· 
A successfully completed commercial education

· 
Several years of experience in an assistant role in an international company 

· 
Strong organizational and communication skills – across all hierarchical levels

· 
A dynamic and pragmatic personality with a hands-on approach

· 
High service orientation and enthusiasm for new tools

· 
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel

· 
Fluent English skills – German is a plus

Start is as soon as possible in Frankfurt or Munich.
