About the job

The purpose of the QFS in Sourcing Ingredients Manager for Ingredients category is to
• drive the overall governance of raw material suppliers, in line with Danone standards and procedures, covering suppliers’ performance, governance and compliance related to audits, documentation and external certifications.
• ensure that all raw materials are safe and fit for purpose, protecting Danone consumers and brands, and enabling strong, profitable and sustainable growth.
• implement continuous improvement processes with suppliers and internal stakeholders for the management of quality and food safety issues related to raw materials.
• contribute to productivity initiatives, dual sourcing and BCP projects, without compromising on quality and food safety performance.
• contribute to the deployment of the Danone global supplier quality management strategy as aligned with the Global SQM team.
• contribute to the deployment of specific standards and guidelines related to emerging risks to suppliers.
• contribute to the development of team members as auditors and supplier quality managers, in line with the learning journey defined globally for the EU QFS in sourcing team.
• foster a cross-category culture and mindset among the team members.
• drive a mindset change versus the current organization (as of Dec-2025), fostering a “one team” mindset, building on the diversity of the team members, regardless of their country of location and country of origin.
• drive the engagement and accountability of the team members and contribute actively to the transversal animation of the EU QFS in Sourcing Ingredients team.
