The Experience
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to local, regional or even global collaborations. Across the business, we work closely together to create and deliver our brands to consumers while delivering sustainable social and environmental impact to the community.

The Programme

The two-year programme is designed to provide you an enriching first hand journey where you will work on real time projects to develop your leadership skills and gain insights about a global business.

You will start off as an executive where you will be rotating within and across two functions. The goal is for you to be ready to take on the challenges of a VUCA world as a Danone Manager.

To succeed in this journey, we're looking for young Malaysians like you, with personalities eager to bring their energy and ideas to a meaningful business. We’re looking for

·  A bachelor or master’s degree graduate with a passion to work in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
·  Solid leadership experiences
·  Curiosity to learn about the business and a keen desire to grow
·  Strong analytical ability with the desire to innovate and experiment ideas
·  Maximum 1-year full time experience (don’t worry, we don’t factor in internships or part time work)
