ABOUT THE JOB

As Customer Service Coordinator at our office in Finland you will be the first point of contact for our customers and be a key player in bringing value to both external and internal stakeholders. The customer service team in Finland is friendly, ambitious and focused on ensuring great service to our customers. As Customer Service Coordinator you are a part of Danone’s Essential Dairy and Plant-based division and you report to Customer Operations Manager, also located in our Helsinki office.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Ensure high level of service to our customer and take full ownership of the order-to-cash process by managing order processing between customers and warehouse as well as invoicing.
·  Be first point of contact for our customers as well as internal sales organization on supply chain topics.
·  Monitor EDI traffic and troubleshoot to correct any upcoming deviations in our stock integrity.
·  Continuous collaboration and communication with agencies and internal stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

In order to be successful you need to have:

·  An academic degree within field of business and economics or equivalent work experience.
·  Experience of working with customer relations.
·  Strong skills in Excel and general IT know-how (SAP experience is a merit).
·  Fluency in Finnish and English (other Scandinavian language knowledge is a merit).
·  Solution oriented mindset, ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
·  Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
·  A genuine interest in working with our products and in a international environment (previous experience working in FMCG is a merit).
