About the Job

At Nutricia Early Life Nutrition Belgium we are currentlynlooking for a new Customer Service Coordinator in our Supply Chain division  who is fluent in both French and Dutch.  In this role you will be reporting into the Customer Services Team Lead, together with 3 nice colleagues. Together, the team is managing the logistic flows to our customers and administrative handling of the ‘order-to-invoice” process. By keeping a constant focus on our customer demands and by doing an accurate handling of orders, invoices and client questions, this teams make a difference to our clients and our business…every day.
 

Summarizing the variety of activities in this role isn’t an easy one, but mainly you will focus on the following topics:

·  We receive incoming orders and returns from our clients, with a critical eye on the flows you are able to detect strange info and can manage exceptions.
·  You have daily communication with our customers and logistic providers for all outbound and logistic related topics. Offering support and including promotional activities and innovations towards customers falls also under your scope.
·  You are also the one sorting out customer questions and complaints, together with our internal and external departments of course.
·  Correctness of our customer master data is key, you’re in the driver’s seat to make sure this input is complete and correct.
 

You will also have the opportunity to optimize and improve the way the department is working, in order to be more effective and provide an even better service to our customers. Improving processes, systems and reporting are the main topics here.

 

Needed for success
Having a keen interest in Logistics and Customer Service is a crucial element for success in this role, whether you have studied Logistics/Supply Chain as a Bachelor/Master or you have a first experience in a customer service role already. The role is an ideal opportunity for someone who like to combine the operation with more strategical topics, and wants to have a role in the middle of the action within Logistics.

 

To ensure our customers receive the right products within the right timeframe, you will need to have excellent communication skills (required: fluecy in French and in Dutch!), a pro-active and pragmatic approach and a result driven mindset. Because your network within and outside of the company will be large, we are looking for a true teamplayer who has an open mindset, is critical and can influence when needed. Taking initiative and continuously seeking for improvement in a great mindset to make the difference in this role.

 

It would be awesome if you already have some experience in SAP.
