CORPORATE LEGAL AFFAIRS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SUPERVISOR

About the Job

In this role, you will do

·  Manage an effective, efficient and compliant Corporate Legal Affairs and Intellectual Property (IP) concerning any relevant advisory services, business contracts review, corporate actions inquiries, corporate secretarial works, and IP advisory services, registrations & formalities for brand protection.
·  Analyze legal opportunities, including the risks in such opportunities and provide recommendations when advising the business on any legal matters according to the laws & Danone policies.
·  Create, develop and maintain key contract format, contractual structure & regulatory framework; drafts and negotiates various contracts and legal documentations when advising the business on the engagement with third parties.
·  Consistently implement, monitor and ensure compliance to Danone policies and guidelines.
·  Keep updates on any relevant laws & regulations, provide legal training & awareness to the business to ensure understanding and compliance to the laws & Danone policies and to prevent any violation to the laws
·  Coordinate and liase actively with notary, external lawyer, IP consultant and translator (if required).

About You

To be successful in this role, you would need to be:

·  Law degree, preferably Master Degree.
·  Strong experience in legal matters with + 3 years working experience in the similar field and industry.
·  Corporate & Investment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Business Law, Consumer Protection Law, Anti-Monopoly and Unfair Business Competition Law, Distribution Law, Custom & export/import Law, Cyber Law, Employment Law.
·  Advisory skill, analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, drafting skill, negotiation skill, problem solving skill, managerial skill, good communication & interpersonal skills.
