We are looking for a Global Delivery Excellence Manager to join our Global Data & Analytics team.
This CDI will take place in Paris (75), in our head office.
In this position, you will report to Peter, our Global Director of Market Performance.
Your main responsibilities will focus on:
· Ensure the delivery of products of the team (dashboards, tools, etc.) and are the main point of contact on the Business side for IT.
· Key responsibilities: delivery excellence
· Lands our Analytics tools (scrum master & PMO, driving colleagues and vendors) and partners with Danone IT to ensure everything is delivered against gold standards on data excellence (governance, business tags, playbooks), master data management and data sharing frameworks.
· Lead data coding and quality insurance.
· Project management skills to understand how data is used within a commercial organization, and link that to the technical requirements.
We need someone methodical, not afraid of highlighting gaps and improvements, and happy to go into the deepest details in a team not always in that mindset: it’s a custodian job, instrumental to “single versions of truth” when it comes to external (3rd party) Danone data and other key data sets.

Key Requirements: “tech translator” to business and visionary project manager
Hard skills:
· Project management (including Scrum) with, ideally solid notions of data engineering and data architecture.
· Experience in FMCG/Retail is a mandate (we need someone understanding sell-out data) although it could be outside of Food & Beverage.
Soft skills:
· Ability to translate the complexity of IT requirements to colleagues with business and insights, so things get done fast and well
· Ability to work on detailed topics like taxonomies several months in a row, maintaining a stable level of quality in the delivery
· Very comfortable working with people who are rather creative minds, translating their need, knowledge into briefs for IT, processes, and automations
