Global Data Owner Associate RGM (Revenue Growth Management) is responsible at company level for RGM data domain, reporting to global data owners from their respective functions. Provide business terms definition, transactional flows descriptions & articulation of taxonomy & hiérarchies. Define data quality rules and remediation plan. Owner & interlocutor of RGM data related topics with programs as RGM, Unify, Smart Planning, Global Finances, Global Operations, Market & Consumer GDOAs, & CBU Data Steward for the exécution.
This CDI will take place in Paris, in our head office.
· Key Responsabilities :
· Design & validate definitions for business terms and transactional flow from process needs.
· Define needs for clusters, taxonomy & hierarchies.
· Define & monitor data quality rules and policies
· Monitor and flag potential Data Quality issues & manage remediation measures with necessary support from IT&Data Teams.
· Support the CBU data steward on enquiries or requests.
· Maintain documentation through data catalogue & business glossary.
· Drive and control CBU implementation through CBU Data Champion and as an active member of the Data Execution Board.

· Hands on expériences using specific data sets [sell in, syndicated data, retailers, shoppers, financials ..] and associated metrics for business decisions making.
· Experiencies in understanding, evaluating, optimizing a P&L customers and the key concept of revenue growth management in all pillars RGM
· Cross collaboration Mindset – Ability to adequalely navigate in Danone organization to identify & influence areas in global – zone - local.
· Is recognized as a credible business partner for cross functional teams & key stakeholders across Danone.
· Solid analytics & synthetic mindset.
· Relevant experience in sales finances with RGM key concepts understanding, hight level of analytics & business accuracy with a cross functional ability for collaborate, mobilize and influence in local / Business Data Stewards & with others GDOAs
· Ideally has worked with RGM data & Systems deployment topics with an expériences in the business processes
