About the job

Support the development and execution of category, channel, and customer growth initiatives for AQUA Home Service (AHS) by providing data-driven insights, performance analysis, promotional evaluation, and business recommendations. The role ensures effective decision-making to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, retention, and channel profitability. About you

·  1–3 years of experience in Category Development, Trade Marketing, Sales Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, or related areas.
·  FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or Distribution industry experience is preferred.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
Ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
Strong numerical and reporting capabilities. About Danone
