The Associate Manager, Customer Financial Services is responsible for leading high-performance teams for the invoice to cash function, specifically focusing on cash application and business to business collections

About you
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field or equivalent • Prior finance and deduction management skills preferred • Working knowledge of HighRadius or other credit to cash bolt-on software preferred • Must possess solid analytical, organizational, and presentation skills • Excels in both oral and written communication skills, able to tell stories with data • Proactive continuous improvement and able to implement change as required • Demonstrated ability to lead a team; capable of building a high performing team that fosters team spirit • Prior leadership experience required • Solid interpersonal awareness; able to interact with all levels of management
