Business Systems Analyst - Purchasing

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Business Systems Analyst to join our ISIT Team in Benelux.

This role reports to the Business Systems Manager Purchasing and will work with functional teams across our organization.

About the Job

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business users and the central IT support team. You will be the first level contact for the users of our Global Procurement organization in the Purchasing area. You will resolve issues yourself and seek 2nd level support when needed.

In addition to this, you will contribute to the success of the systems and application implementations and enhancements by translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting business testing.

In this role, you will be responsible for the support of Cycle's & Procurement (DanTrade) Buy&Sell Procurement processes and applications. You will work in collaboration with our teams located in the Netherlands, Paris, Slovakia and the Philippines.

Your key responsibilities are:

·  Manage applications (like SAP MM and SD) on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IS applications in the procurement domain to meet business needs;
·  Provide effective functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs;
·  Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications in the procurement domain;
·  Identify opportunities for an applications’ evolution;
·  Participate in specific projects
·  Assist in managing our internal stakeholder within the Cycle and Procurement Department.

About You

You will be fit for this role if you have 3+ years of experience in a similar position; strong working knowledge of SAP modules related to Sourcing/Procurement Management (MM) as well as other suppliers/procurement tools e.g. You are a great team player, a strong communicator who can interact with people with different cultures and you are eager to learn something new every day. Be proactive and agile is necessary to be successful in this role. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
