CONTEXT

This position is part of Dan’IS Digital Organization within the Global IS/IT Competency Center. This department is responsible for the development and the support of Digital platforms for all functions including marketing, communication, collaboration. Dan’IS Digital Organization is working on a worldwide perimeter, in close collaboration with business stakeholders, others IS/IT departments (global/local) and external partners.

As Business Analyst CMS&DAM, you will work closely with marketing and communication departments on a global and a local scale . You will be in charge of ensuring development, implementation and sustainability of sets of applications as enablers for business performance over your IS domain.

ABOUT THE JOB

The position is integrated to the 'Front End Management' Team which is in charge of developing and supporting Web Sites and Digital Asset Management on several technologies.

You will have the following responsibilities:

·  Develop our Expertise on Adobe Experience Manager solution (sites and assets)
·  Deploy digital solutions and offers on Sites and Assets
·  Ensure the correct usage of the solution
·  Contribute to the support of Marketing and communication web sites
·  Ensure a high-level quality in delivery for the AEM solution by animating AEM ecosystem (Adobe, offshore technical team)
·  Ensure Core Model evolution, bring news usages and services
·  Contribute to deploy the solution across Danone business units
·  Maintain and share knowledge
·  Animate transversal Virtual Team AEM within Danone (functional, local IS / IT, Development, Infrastructure)
·  Suggest alternatives of solutions, coordinate the estimations and in charge of the functional specifications of the new features and enhancements
·  Support the Process leader and the product owners on roadmap construction

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with:

·  At least at least two years’ experience on IS/IT Project Management and strong IS/IT Skills
·  Knowledge of Agile project methodology, at ease to work with tools like JIRA / confluence
·  Knowledge of digital domain (CMS, DAM/ PIM)
·  An ADOBE knowledge would be really appreciated
·  Leadership and transversal animation,
·  Autonomy and team spirit
·  Communication and innovative mindset.
·  Fluent English is a must, French would be a real plus
