Your main objectives will be as follows:

·  Support the global Organizational&Development team with change management activities to ensure sustainable change and data management.
·  Provide and analyze data for decision-making.
·  Assist in translating organizational design and accurately tracking data.
·  Contribute to ensuring the proper landing of One DBS organizational design and its adjustments through solid change management-related activities.

About you

Don't hesitate to apply if...

·  You are current studing or have completed a degree in ADE, CTA, Technical Engineering, Business, or similar.
·  You have analytical capacity.
·  You have strong communication skills.
·  You are fluent in English.
·  Your Excel level is high.
