POSITION DESCRIPTION:  

The Blender/Processor plans, controls and executes the delivery of the daily blend/processing requirements for production through the scheduling, ordering and manufacturing of raw ingredients from concentrate with adherence to the quality specification requirement.

About you

Education and Experience:

 

·  High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
·  1 – 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required is acceptable.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

      Knowledge :

·  Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
·  Knowledge of SAP

 

Skills:

·  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and recipes   
·  Ability to write simple correspondence
·  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and/or small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
·  Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

 

Abilities:

·  Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
·  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
·  The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

·  Forklift certification
