The Associate Digital Manager (ADM) will be responsible for executing the digital marketing engagement strategy for 2 of the fastest growing brands at Nutricia (Pepticate & Fortini) and measuring the effectiveness of digital activities to optimize performance. This position works in close collaboration with the Category Director and the wider team of brand managers to assist in setting priorities for the 2 brand’s digital marketing channels, executing digital engagement tactics across key digital channels both owned and paid, as well as continuous digital capability building in line with larger Danone/Nutricia strategy. Digital channels include social media, brand websites, email, mobile, apps, SEM, programmatic and promotions, targeting both consumers and healthcare professionals. The position will collaborate with the wider Danone IS/IT organization and ecommerce manager. This role is based out of Rockville, MD!
Essential Functions:
Business and Strategic Planning:
• Assist with developing the digital strategy supporting the growth ambitions of the 2 brands across all active channels.
Execution of strategy to deliver high growth:
• Support digital execution in coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (i.e. marketing, medical affairs, sales, IT/IS, customer service, digital agencies, etc.)
• Work closely with media agency and internal stakeholders to implement integrated, cross-channel digital marketing campaigns for both health care professionals and consumer target audiences, supporting key online activation.
• Collaborate with brand team on executing and measuring impact of key digital campaigns across channels such as email, search, CTV, social and web.
• Optimize search strategy and SEO initiatives. Monitor competitors and create competitive reports that provide ranking and any key learnings.
• Pull and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with brand team on brainstorming creative strategies and continuously test digital products to improve customer engagement, drive growth and acquisition.
• Responsible for maintaining social media calendar for short-term initiatives and long-term brand campaigns with consideration for web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
• Responsible for set-up, deployment and monitoring performance of all brand email communications
• Partner with IT team to manage project technology requirements.
• Collaborate with other digital colleagues to execute digital strategies and tools to benefit brands
• Keep up-to-date on the latest digital trends
• Provide support of adhoc projects, as needed
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
• Good project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Proven ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance across a matrix team
• Ability to develop, measure, analyze and report on key performance indicators
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization

• Effective time management skills. Sets priorities and is able to manage multiple assignments and carry out responsibilities efficiently
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or related field required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• You have two plus (2+) years of experience in digital marketing and managing social media campaigns, utilizing content management and reporting tools across digital channels
• You have experience with Salesforce marketing cloud is strongly preferred
• You have experience with product listings, data feeds and web analytics is strongly preferred
• You have proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tools a plus
• You have familiarity of CMS tools such as WordPress
• You have knowledge of social media calendar and monitoring tools a plus
• You have knowledge and understanding of Social listening tools, SEO, SEM, a plus
• You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• You have exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
• You have the ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others
• You have the ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
• You have a collaborative business style. Able to work with team members, cross-functionally in own responsibility scope, as well as toward corporate objectives and initiatives

The base compensation range for this position is $75k-$100k commensurate with experience.
