AMEA Procurement Excellence Analyst (Intern)

Job description

AMEA stands for Asia, Middle East & Africa. Over the past two years, the zone has expanded to include Turkey, Iran, Russia, and Kazakhstan. The procurement team now operates in 16 countries, encompassing three core businesses: Water, Specialized Nutrition, and Dairy. Each sub-region possesses unique operating models, processes, and system maturity.

 

AMEA serves as the growth engine for Danone, presenting numerous opportunities for expansion. The procurement function plays a critical role in championing cost efficiency, cash management, and service quality, while ensuring sustainability throughout all interactions with our suppliers.

 

During the 6-month internship, you will manage and lead Digitization Projects for AMEA Procurement function:

To be successful in this role, you will need…

The following technical skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, or related field
• Experience as a data analyst
• Must be proficient in PowerBI
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·  Procurement Scorecard Digitization
Analyse C&P KPIs, data sources, and reporting formats.

·  Design and automate C&P scorecards in PowerBI at zone and country levels.
·  Ensure data accuracy post-implementation.
·  Support countries with automation execution
·  Materials Risk Classification Matrix
·  Identify data sources at the country level.
·  Develop a Net Sales vs. Spend impact matrix using PowerBI for all countries in AMEA.
·  Partner for Excellence (P4E) Program
·  Establish a platform for supplier collaboration.
·  Collaborate with Quality teams across AMEA to improve supplier service performance.
·  Support and drive C&P execution at the country level.

To be successful in this role, you will need…

 

The following technical skills and experience:

·  Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, or related field
·  Experience as a data analyst
·  Must be proficient in PowerBI
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
