Supply Planner EU4

As Supply Planner EU4, your main mission is to secure product on-time-in-full availability in the EU4 markets at appropriate stock levels to guarantee the target CSL, balancing service with cost, waste and freshness. By overlooking all shackles in the supply chain, you detect, anticipate and remove roadblocks that hinder a smooth on-time delivery of products to the customer. You are part of the EU4 supply chain organization in Zwevegem and report to the Int. Supply Planning Manager.

About the job

In the mission described above, your main responsibilities are:

·  Stock management
·  You manage finished good stock levels in the markets to secure the target CSL (customer service level) at minimum waste, minimum cost and maximum freshness
·  You determine & check the optimal VMI parameters in interaction with the other departments in the supply chain
·  You monitor waste within your markets and co-build on corrective actions

·  Monitoring
·  You will monitor and analyze the levels of finished goods in your market on a daily basis. In case of disturbances, you jump into action and co-build with the stakeholders to de-bottleneck the situation
·  In case of production scarcity, you support in defining the priorities based on inputs of sales, production complexities, customer SLA, de-listing risk, etc.
·  You inform the sales and supply chain organization on stock availability in a detailed and extensive way. You alert and ask support when necessary
·  You take part in the NPI/NPD process and are fully informed of upcoming product launches or delistings in your market

·  Tools
·  You create comprehensive overviews on product evolution (CSL, FC, scrap) to detect upcoming roadblocks on the one hand and to inform your stakeholders on the other hand (Excel, OMP, PowerBI, SQL query, …)
·  You understand and maintain planning tools (SAP, OMP, …)

·  Support
·  To keep the feeling with the daily operations and planning insights, you will be backup for supply planning colleagues in case of absences.

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

·  A Masters Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Business Engineering or related
·  At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar job, in a complex environment
·  Very strong analytical and communicative skills: you’re good at analyses, reports and communication to different stakeholders (internal and external)
·  A very good knowledge of MS Office, mainly in Excel
·  A positive mindset and perseverance
·  A very good knowledge of Dutch and English, knowledge of French/German is a plus
