About the job

Together with Key Account Managers you are responsible for a high-level service to our (key) customers. You have excellent communication skills and are not afraid to constructively challenge others. You play a pivotal role in the excellence of our commercial execution, particularly at the back end of our commercial operations.

 

Your main responsibilities are:  
1. Business Strategy / Strategic Vision
Understand the importance of excellence in execution by connecting the internal Danone processes & inputs with the external customer requirements to deliver on the customer/category plans and commercial agreements.

2. Impact on Business Results
The purpose of this role is to support SN Key Account Management in the Sales NL (Retail) department. External to be the first point of contact for category & buying assistants at customers and internally to coordinate cross functional customer plans & planning.

3. Process & Projects
Promotional planning & forecasting.
Back-end coordination of financial & commercial agreements into the financial & business forecasting process.
Coordination of administrative impact of portfolio changes and innovations

 

The key deliverables are:

·  Support Key Account Management to implement customer and category plans.
·  Responsible for valuable and accurate input sales systems Danone (Kantar, TTM, Planning).
·  Work with Demand Planning to continuously improve Forecast Accuracy on promotions.
·  Control deliveries and invoices (TTM).
·  Follow up and process claims a.o.

Your main interaction on an internal level is with Key Account Management and other Customer Support teams, across teams/channels. Besides those teams, you're also interacting with Demand Planning, Finance, DBS. We also need a level of ability to coordinate & clarify adaptations when needed.

You're first point of contact for customers, i.e. assistant category managers, assistant buyers, administrative teams from customers.

 

The key metrics (Mission critical performance indicators) are:

·  Forecast accuracy (Vol + TTM)
·  Pricing accuracy (Claims, Overdue)
·  TTM Invoicing accuracy & level of Compliance

· 

About you

·  +/- 1 year of commercial experience (BtB environment).
·  Bachelor or Master educational/working level.
·  Fluent in Dutch speaking and writing is a must.
·  Communication skills, Able to engage constructively externally.
·  Proactive, able to demonstrate agility.
·  Preferably experience in Dutch FMCG market, on commercial support roles.
