We are now on the hunt for a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Campaigns Manager to develop integrated marketing strategy and campaigns for Digital Me. Job Details You will be responsible for demand generation, awareness and consideration for our buyers in target industries, taking strategic direction from the Marketing & Sales Enablement Director. This role provides a unique opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious marketer to gain experience across a broad range of different marketing activities growing the French market share. With visibility and responsibility for campaigns you will gain experience in everything from digital and social marketing, small and large events, across focus industries and personas. Executing campaigns with varying levels of complexity and impact at one of the strongest growing markets at Computacenter. This is a great opportunity to work into a small and agile marketing team that is well-supported by leadership and sales. Each member of the team has a hands-on role and this position is key to our ongoing success. Responsibilities: Build a consolidated marketing campaign plan that reflects strategic goals as well as incorporating other team members campaigns which will impact the business. Owns and executes quarterly comprehensive marketing plans supporting priorities across the organization, aligning to achieve the goal of increased pipe in designated space of targeted customers. Turn strategic goals and objectives into scalable, actionable & integrated marketing plans that deliver pipeline and ACV across Computacenter’s new and existing accounts. Informed by market insights, work closely with Sales Teams to understand business & stakeholder needs, identify key growth segments, and then develop, curate and execute defined marketing programs that align to and achieve increased pipeline goals and result in sales revenue, whilst also positively impacting the Salesforce brand Owns sales support assets for key segments and verticals including sales Decks, datasheets, enablement libraries. Updates with new content and messaging as they are developed by group marketing team. Work collaboratively with external agencies and sales stakeholders to orchestrate the campaigns with other members of the marketing and communications organization as needed (including digital, social, communications, events, webinars, industry and segment marketing, PR/media, customer marketing, sales programs and marketing operations). Plan and activate programs with sales to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns at time of launch, including engaging and enabling sales development and sales programs resources for follow-up responses and leads. Innovate and continuously improve our approach to integrated marketing campaigns to ensure we are always best in class. Publish frequent campaign scorecards to share results, learnings and best practices with key stakeholders and colleagues including preparation for and representation of marketing at various instances Budget management and business performance reporting (including campaign ROI) to ensure all marketing campaign activities are managed within the agreed budget, time and delivers on targeted results. Acts as an expert as needed in customer meetings in support of sales. Owns verticalization and content strategy around key thought leadership assets Tracks and measures the impact of marketing efforts and identifies opportunities to improve the quality and methods of what the product marketing team produces. Minimum Requirements (soft skills): This role requires someone who thrives in an environment of change. He must be able to pivot from task to task and be self-motivated to provide the best outcome each time. This role requires a leader who can collaborate effectively with key sales and strategy stakeholders and be accountable for results and is able to orchestrate a virtual team to deliver aggressive pipeline generation and lead growth. The focus is on reaching into new audiences with relevant and engaging content that drives traffic and leads, as a result convert into pipeline. A strong expertise and understanding in digital marketing is required. Team player - A highly professional and resilient team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Must be able to work across various functions (e.g. Sales, Channels, Sales Development) and with marketing teammates to ensure ongoing success and collaboration on end-to-end marketing activities. Ability to cope with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment - demonstrated ability to adapt to both a changing internal and external environment and effectively adjusts priorities to optimize outcomes. Including multitasking, re-prioritizing projects and communicating priority updates to stakeholders Communicating with impact - excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Interacts with and influences all levels of management. Strong communication skills including storytelling with PowerPoint, data crunching with Excel. Demonstrates high degrees of personal responsibility without disempowering others. Is able to manage quantity and quality of work and manage expectations in its delivery. Positive attitude coupled with a collaborative style. High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Works well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing Analytical capability is also key for understanding and managing demand generation, forecasting, budgeting, lead flow, and the many moving parts involved in running an effective marketing machine. 5+ years experience managing a high-performance Marketing Campaign Travel 5% to 10% international
