Job description
As part of a large-scale digital transformation program within a leading financial services organization, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Lead / Epic Delivery Owner to drive the delivery of innovative and strategic IT initiatives within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT epics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
Define, manage, and monitor project plans including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams (IT, business, external partners) across multiple entities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders
Drive governance, reporting, and performance tracking of assigned initiatives
Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation and resolution strategies
Ensure delivery excellence in line with Agile methodologies and internal standards
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on IT investments and delivery approaches.
Desired profile
Your Profile:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT project management or delivery roles
Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
Solid understanding of both business and IT environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
Experience in the financial services or banking sector
Knowledge of emerging technologies (cloud, data, DLT, innovation topics)
Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (ACP, SAFe, etc.)
Experience working with offshore or third-party delivery teams
