Job description
As part of transformation programs within leading financial services organizations, we are looking for Change Managers to support large-scale integration and transformation initiatives.
These roles can have either a strong IT focus or a business/operations focus, depending on client needs, particularly in the context of mergers within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end change management activities within complex transformation programs
Support the integration and alignment of systems, processes, and stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, risk, compliance, external partners)
Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and change strategies
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to transformation initiatives
Ensure business continuity and smooth transition during integration phases
Define and implement training, communication, and support plans for impacted users
Monitor progress, track adoption, and drive continuous improvement
Desired profile
Your Profile:
Strong experience in change management within financial services environments
Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs
Experience working on IT-driven projects and/or business process transformations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable navigating both strategic and operational topics
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
Experience in mergers, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs
Exposure to Agile environments or structured project methodologies
Understanding of financial processes, systems, or IT landscapes
