Missions
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Build and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, organic, outbound, events)
- Own brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with sales to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion
- Create high-impact content (case studies, whitepapers, website, social, email)
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
- Organize and represent Collective at events, webinars, and industry meetups
- Build partnerships within the HR tech and recruiting ecosystem
Working Conditions
- Location: Brussels (hybrid or flexible work setup)
Desired profile
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline creation
- Strong understanding of growth marketing and performance channels
- Excellent storytelling and content skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in AI and the future of work
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
