The Europe E-commerce Analyst will support european Markets by analysing data and insights to enhance the E-commerce performance of their website. He/She will be the go to person in the region for any data-driven and UX request and her/his role is to answer these requests in a timely and efficient manner providing clear recommendations. This role is key to ensure the best customer journey on the websites and support the ambitious growth of Clarins online sales.

Mission description

1. Lead the CRO (conversion rate optimization approach)
• Performance monitoring and iterative conversion optimization
• Setting and deployment of A/B tests in order to make recommendations and help prioritize the development roadmap
• Experience definition et personalization on defined user segments
• Be an identified expert and ambassador of Contentsquare
• Centralize all analyses and insights found by countries on their Ecommerce performance
• Conduct data-driven reports and UX analyses to support countries' needs based on the tools available

2. Build a roadmap to support EUROPE needs
• Gather internal business Ecommerce questions and think of impactful and creative ways to answer them with data
• Build a solid prioritization roadmap in collaboration with countries & Global team to address the main needs of the markets
• Through strategic thinking, challenge existing process and help strengthen existing processes
• Methodic schedule organization to ensure priorities are highlighted and efforts streamlined

3. Foster innovation & bestpractices within the region
• Be a data evangelist across the region: share best practices around data, optimize process and organization
• Provide best practices for the region share what works and pitfalls to avoid
• Propose new initiatives & test based on what Competition is doing

Vous êtes

- Fluent in English
- From a Business school (focus on eCommerce/ Engineering / Statistics / Data mining or equivalent is a plus)
- Contentsquare certified
- Expert in Google Analytics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technically challenging, data-driven environment

Vous avez

- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis
- Background and experience in Digital Solutions
- Knowledge in UX / UI
- Good understanding of the Analytics, A/B test and Data businesses
- Passion for data, numbers, and statistics
- Notions in data visualisation and telling stories using data
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- A very structured working approach, ability to deal with several different activities in parallel
- Ability to take ownership and act to achieve our business objectives, ability to influence and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Proven track record in teaming with global / local and field organizations to achieve business goals.
- A Customer First Mindset with any technical decision/discussion.
- Strong influencing skills to bring people together in solving problems, and resourceful in finding ways to get things done
