To strengthen our team we are looking for a Methods and Industrialization Engineer in China.

Poste et missions:

Based in Chang'An, Dongguan (south of China, near Shenzhen), the Methods and Industrialization Engineer will work with the help of a multidisciplinary team and be in charge of:
• Managing the industrialization phase of the products (power devices)
• Managing the launch of the manufacturing of the products by defining and optimizing the means and manufacturing processes to be used
• Supporting the team Manager with the processes industrialisation, and in the efficiency improvement of the production phase
• Optimizing manufacturing methods
• Supporting the development team on writing/reviewing various industrialization documentation
• Improving productivity with methodological tools

Profil:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Industrialization Engineering
• Significant working experience, if possible in a manufacturing industry
• Previous experiences in metohods processes will be a plus
• English proficiency is mandatory, Chinese is a plus
• Open to interface with different and various cultures
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft collaborative tools
