Job description
Job Mission:
· This position is responsible for repair quality for WFJ stock and client good to ensure products in best condition without any defect issue. And in charge of all watch & fine jewelry related logistics / dispatch coordination.
· This position can contribute to brand image enhancement, Chanel et moi by providing best quality of WFJ product and service to the clients especially for Les Atelier services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform quality control on incoming and outgoing stock and repair goods for Fine Jewelry and Watch from BTQ
· Communication and coordinate with related party to ensure meet company quality standard
· Coordinate the process & communication for Local Repair (In House or External workshop) for Watch & Fine Jewelry
· Boutique or Les Atelier support / training for Repair related issue
· Repair good management by internal system (CASS & SAVE)
· Spare part management, ordering & inventory control by internal POS, AX or A/S system
· Coordinate related logistics arrangement from and to boutiques for all incoming and outgoing shipment (stock, consignment & repair) for Fine Jewelry.
· Bi-annual stock taking of Les Atelier Watch and FJ workshop with team
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree of 4 years of university or over the same degree
· GIA would be an advantage.
· Completion of academic courses of Jewelry making or major in Jewelry design would be an advantage
Work experience
· 2~ 3 years more of the solid experience in WFJ quality control and defective repair management
· Advantage if experience in WFJ high end brands

· Good computer office skill in Excel / word / power point and new system learning

· Les Atelier operation management team and embassadors
· WFJ Retail team, CX team & BTQ (mainly TFJS, Local merchandizing team, Local retail team)
· Les Atelier technicians & DRC Watch Repair Center (Watch technician, WFJ A/S admins)
· Logistics team
· Global or Regional WFJ after sales service team / WFJ Operation team
External
· External polishing workshop, External watch tool and material supplier
