Chanel.com is the global CHANEL website for all Divisions and Regions, deployed in 60 markets. Fully redesigned and reengineered since 2016 by a team of 200 people, onshore and offshore.
Its purpose is to offer customers an experience, to tell stories creating desirability, to create a sense of exclusivity which enhance the image of the Brand. Chanel.com offers a rich range of online and omni-channel services, providing extended personalization capabilities, showcasing several collections and product categories, while ensuring brand consistency, seamless client journeys and presenting key values and principles of the Brand and the House
The Global Digital Services (GDS) is the team that builds and maintains Chanel.com for the Corporate and the three CHANEL divisions (Fashion, Perfume & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry). In addition, GDS develops various transversal services from multiple platforms (Chanel.com, applications, Call Centers, etc.).
Within GDS, the Project Manager UX/UI will more specifically integrate the « UX/UI Design» service.
Directly reporting to the UX/UI Operations Lead, he/she will play a role in helping to shape digital experiences for CHANEL. This is a chance to merge passion for UX/UI operations with the world of luxury and create captivating user experiences that embody elegance and sophistication.
The impact you can create at Chanel:
· You take part in the project management of different phases of digital projects, from the briefing to launch:
· Defining the scope of the projects and defining deliverables
· Developing schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
· Creating the creative brief for the UX / UI designers
· Following the creation of customer journeys and mockups with the creative teams
· Presenting the mockups to the technical teams and SEO, accessibility, performance experts
· Presenting the projects to global art directions and business teams
· Monitoring the creation and delivery of design specifications to the development teams
· Reviewing the functional specifications to ensure they comply with design guidelines.
· Following the design acceptance testing
You contribute to the proper organization of the delivered designs:
· Updating planning tools and defining team planning
· Organization of Figma files / Workspaces
You participate in the reflection on the evolution of the digital ecosystem and improvements to the site:
· Being informed of the latest UX UI Design trends
· Continuous monitoring of the site in production
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
· Proficiency in Figma
· Experience in WCAG 2.1 AA
· Good understanding of how your work fits into the context of seeking an excellent experience for the end-user
· Open and collaborative approach
· Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
