Job description

You occupy the role of Fragrance and Beauty Client Experience & CRM Clienteling Project Manager Assistant within the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Europe Marketing Department.

You contribute in the development and performance monitoring of omnichannel client experience in all distribution channels (Retail, Wholesale, E-business) within European markets:

· 
360° orchestration of F&B Services

· 
Digital experiences in store

· 
Campaign, transversal and local Events client journeys

You also participate in the definition and implementation of CHANEL F&B Clienteling culture among Europe, and in the development of our Clienteling App.

You work in close collaboration with European markets (Marketing, Retail and Learning teams from 14 countries

& 10 000 points of sale), Global teams (Distribution Development, Retail Education, Merchandising…) and all Europe regional teams including Digital teams.

You report to the Europe Fragrance & Beauty Client Experience & CRM Clienteling Manager.

Client Experience :

· 
You contribute to the development of client engagement and omnicanality in Europe by defining, in collaboration with all Europe 360 expertises, the most relevant client experience paths to recruit, convert and loyalize our customers.

· 
You contribute to the deployment of F&B Services, Digital experiences in store, and Boutique Events in Europe. You advise and accompany markets to implement them.

CRM Clienteling :

· 
You participate in the definition of our F&B Clienteling culture among Europe by creating internal communication tools and animating the markets Clienteling community.

· 
You contribute to the development and evolution of CHANEL Clienteling App in close partnership with the Digital business unit, participate in the redaction of evolution briefings, and accompany markets in the implementation of the app and its features with the creation of internal communication supports.

Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

· 
For all topics you are KPIs-oriented and proactive on following-up with markets and monitoring deployments

· 
You take the lead of Client Experience & CRM Clienteling competitive landscape assessment, to impulse continuous improvements.
