Job description
Purpose & overall Relevance for the Organization
· Influence media/ PR/ social strategy and vision, by the development and delivery of analytics, tools and insights
· Lead analytics on business, competition and consumers to maximize communication efficiency and quality.
· Effectively and efficiently provide data supported answers to business and consumer questions from stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
· Main contact window for global insight teams of corporate and 3 divisions digital teams regarding insight/reporting needs.
· Main contact window for regional insight teams regarding insight/reporting needs.
· Main contact window for local division marketing and e-commerce teams regarding insight/reporting needs.
· Build and manage the Communication analysis process and deliverables to support communication strategy, resources allocation and marketing decision making.
· Closely monitor media, PR and social tracking data.
· Consolidate all tracking data from different channels and research data with regular updates.
· Liaison with media tracking agency, social listening agency and research firms.
· Leverage and share insights across different teams.
· Improve tracking and performance measurement process.
· Help to dive business decisions by using intelligence analysis – embed the process, data and data driven decision making into the organization.
· Critically analyze competitor, consumer, and performance data to deliver information and key insights to the organization.
· Implement and improve tools/applications to fulfil data, analytical and range planning.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Ability to organize data, analyze information and draw powerful insights.
· Knowledge for media and PR strategy.
· Veteran for media tracking data, also familiar with social listening is a plus.
· Ability to understand key strategic and business concepts and translate into effective methods of communication.
· Ability to navigate a matrix organization.
· Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
Requisite Education and Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of intelligence and strategy, data analysis, experience preferably in luxury, cosmetics industry.
· Passion for consumer/ market analysis.
· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics or Research is preferred.
· Multi tasker.
· Independent problem solver.
· Open-minded, creative and sensitive to new trends
· Excellent communication skills.
