SALES MANAGER FASHION (M/F/X)

Chanel Czech Republic is currently looking for a talented Fashion Sales Manager with a passion for client service and an expertise in fashion to join our Prague Fashion team.

In this management position you will support and work closely with the Boutique Director on various tasks. You will serve as a brand ambassador and business leader with a focus on delivering extraordinary experiences for our internal team and clients.

This position is a full-time role in an inspiring environment and development in a Company with high ambitions and great courage. The position is based in Prague and reports hierarchically to the Fashion Boutique Director.

YOUR ROLE

·  Spend time on the floor, coach and always inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience for all clients
·  Optimize, implement and control internal processes
·  Expertise in advising our clients regarding current collections in ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, fragrances and accessories, high-quality watches, and exclusive jewelry
·  Establish and maintain strong client relationships
·  Ensure excellent customer service according to the values of our company

YOUR PROFILE

·  Several years of experience in a comparable position
·  Luxury retail experience would be a plus
·  Expertise in dealing with international customers
·  Confidence in style and passion for our products
·  Service orientation and sales talent
·  Positive attitude and joy working in a team
·  Flexibility and stress resistance
·  Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; other languages would be a plus
