Sales Manager, Stockholm Fashion Boutique
Chanel Sweden is currently looking for a Sales Manager with a passion for management and an expertise in fashion and client service.
In line with the Fashion vision and mission, the Sales Manager leads an energetic and passionate team of people who are dedicated to creating unique experiences with our clients. Through a keen sense of business acumen, the Sales Manager is responsible for the management and development of sales, VM and alteration teams, guaranteeing the day-to-day right execution and delivering excellent client service.
This position is a full-time role in an inspiring environment and development in a Company with high ambitions and great courage. The position is based in Stockholm and reports hierarchically to the Fashion Boutique Director.

Sales Management
· Manage sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all product categories.
· Supervising/coordinating the selling floor to deliver strong conversion rate and results driven through team selling and selling to multiple customers.
· Ensuring stock on hand (including best & slow sellers) and expected pieces are well integrated by team in the sales ceremony, replenishment of the selling floor done in the proper manner.
· Ensuring procedures and boutique charter implementation on the sales floor
Team Development
· Managing the team in terms of leadership and in partnership with the Boutique Director performing performance appraisals, setting, and monitoring individual goals of sales team members
· Conduct and/or organize briefings to the team – animation of morning briefings.
· Observing, interacting, and coaching the team on the floor to elevate the staff at the expected level of style and client experience.
· Identifying development areas of team members & proposing corresponding action plan, including training programs
· Encouraging team spirit, knowledge sharing and know-how
Client Experience
· Ensuring client service excellence, pursuant to the House’s standards (welcome clients with hospitality, product expertise and sales ceremony, after-sales service, iPhone brand posture, etc.: creating a unique experience for each client over the course of the sales process
