Location: CHANEL Toronto Head Office
Reports to: Retail Operations Manager
Contract : Fixed-term, full-time (6 month contract)
Your Role @ Chanel:
As the Retail Operations Coordinator , you will support the key operational initiatives and programs across Chanel Canada boutiques. You will work cross-functionally with boutique teams, retail management, and corporate partners.
Retail Operations & Change Leadership
· Support retail operations
· Collaborate with boutique teams to identify operational improvements.
· Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to maximize adoption of new processes, tools, or standards.
· Act as a liaison between boutiques and head offices, ensuring local needs are addressed and best practices are shared.
Retail Excellence
· Maintain all new and existing operational processes and ensure boutique alignment.
· Scaling solutions that optimize both front of house and heart of house operations.
· Participate in boutique operational activities, launches, inventory management, asset protection, and compliance projects, driving a culture of accuracy and vigilance.
· Monitor the rollout of existing & new technologies, systems, and tools to elevate boutique operations.
Strategy & Innovation
· Partner with boutique management to implement strategies that reduce risk, control costs, and improve the overall customer and employee experience.
· Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative solutions, piloting new ideas, and sharing learnings broadly.
Leadership & Influence
· Organize and facilitate regular project update meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and momentum.
· Serve as a role model for adaptability, resilience, and positive change
Collaboration & Communication
· Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication of status updates, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
· Partner with the Retail Operations Manager and other leaders to synchronize project efforts and share resources.
· Uphold and communicate Chanel’s values, standards, and expectations in all project activities.

What you will bring to the role:
· 2-4 years boutique operations experience
· Experience with RFID, Point of sale, Coupa and Microsoft 365 an asset.
· Tech savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
· Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, urgency, and accountability
· Passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
