Job description

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for counter operations, support, and HR administration, ensuring continuity and efficiency in daily activities. The role facilitates effective communication and collaboration among counters, cross-functional teams, and the HR Operation team. By managing HR-related tasks such as attendance, special leaves, incentive calculation, this position ensures reliability and accuracy in both operational and HR processes, ultimately contributing to the stable and consistent achievement of counter business goals.

Key Responsibilities (Operation & HR ):               

Operations

·  Ensure compliance with all counter operational procedures, including sales, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments.
·  Provide administrative support for PR/PO processes, expense tracking.
·  Oversee BA uniform management, including ordering by position, scheduling, and tracking uniform shipment to POS (point of sale), as well as coordinating disposal, exchanges, and distribution to new hires.
·  Manage BA uniform inventory, ensuring timely allocation and replenishment.
·  Handle allocation and distribution of VIP event samples and pouches.
·  Manage sample and tester inventory, and monitor merchandise flow and operational requests from counters.
·  Coordinate IT system support for counter staff and maintain related accounts.
·  Act as a liaison between counters and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
·  Prepare materials and logistics for meetings, workshops, and market visits.
·  Support the integration of new inventory systems and process improvements.

HR Administration

·  Manage and check staff attendance records.
·  Track special leave cases (e.g., parental leave, maternity leave).
·  Calculate and manage incentive data for counter staff.
·  Draft and manage HR proposals, including job transfers and promotions.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications 

·  University Degree

Work Experience

·  Approximately 2 – 5 years experience in retail operation

Required Competencies

·  Being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
·  Willing to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction
·  Financial acumen with strong accounting knowledge and basic marketing knowledge  
·  Computer and IT system literate with strong excel skills
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
