As digitalization accelerates across all divisions, our business model increasingly relies on seamless digital and physical client journeys. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Digital Team in Italy.
Your mission: leverage data for actionable client insights that empower all our divisions and markets.
Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data from multiple sources
·
Create clear dashboards and reports to present analytical findings
·
Interpret results to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges
·
Collaborate closely with Divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses and solutions
·
Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy and relevance
·
Conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into impactful, decision-ready reporting
Required Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field
·
2–4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, ideally in retail, luxury, or CRM
·
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
·
Familiarity with Salesforce and Imagino
·
Fluent in English ; Italian is a strong plus
