Regulatory & Quality Compliance Coordinator

Job Mission:

This position is in charge of regulatory and quality compliance for FBP(Fragrance Beauty Product) and Fashion WFJ(Watch Fine Jewelry) products.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Review the acceptability of new products and ingredients for all cosmetics under Korean regulation.
·  Manage all cosmetic registration documents (Formula, Certificate of free sale, BSE free statement, etc.) for customs clearance.
·  Report all ingredients listing to KPTA. (including supporting activities of cosmetic EDI process)
·  Prepare local labels for all cosmetic and Fashion WFJ products to meet local labelling requirements.
·  Manage quality compliance for cosmetic and fashion WFJ products. (test records review, handling of product market release after local quality tests, etc.)
·  Handle cosmetic regulatory and quality related inquiries from customer care center, marketing, global quality team, etc.
·  Check defective cosmetic products and generate monthly report to know the defect trend
·  Support other miscellaneous regulatory and quality activities.

Academic / Professional Qualifications

·  Person with a 4-year university degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetics or a Pharmacy major, etc.

 

Work Experience

·  0~2 years of regulatory affairs and quality affairs experience in cosmetic industry

 

Required Competencies

·  Good proficiency in spoken and written English
