Job description

Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst in CHANEL’s Fragrance & Beauty division, you are the link between product strategy and on-ground execution. You ensure that our iconic creations are available at the right time, in the right place – supporting exceptional client experiences across all Points-of-Sale (POS).

Your work behind the scenes powers the elegance seen at the counter, from stock planning and replenishment to campaign launches and retail reporting. You turn data into insights, strategy into action, and planning into performance.

If you are passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact at the heart of the CHANEL experience.

Leveraging your unique experiences, CHANEL will enable you to…

·  Support the sell-through journey by managing regular stock replenishment and campaign allocations
·  Monitor product availability and optimize inventory to align with sales trends and marketing calendars
·  Partner with Distribution, Retail, and Regional teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and on-time deliveries
·  Track shipments and coordinate closely with the Distribution Centre (DC) to ensure timely and accurate product flow
·  Analyze business data and generate reports that inform product performance, sales trends, and inventory health
·  Contribute to key supply chain functions including product registration, product returns, quality inquiries, and more

You are energized by…

·  Being at the center of planning, coordination, and product flow
·  Translating numbers into meaningful business actions
·  Creating structure and visibility in a dynamic environment
·  Ensuring excellence in every product journey – from warehouse to POS
·  Supporting the business with insights and solutions that drive results

What you can bring to the team…

·  A detail-oriented and analytical mindset
·  Strong organizational and coordination skills
·  A collaborative and adaptable attitude
·  Passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail
·  Proficiency in reporting tools and basic systems (e.g., Excel, Coupa)
·  A Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field, and 2+ years’ experience in merchandising, supply, or retail planning

At CHANEL, we believe the uniqueness of each individual increases the diversity and vibrancy of our teams, and we foster an inclusive culture so that everyone can perform at their best. We strongly encourage your application, and value the perspective and experience you can bring to CHANEL.

Make every future a success.
