PMO - QA - Project Management activities

Job description

CHANEL is looking for a PMO trainee to support QA activities (quality optimization plans, quality reportings & analysis, dashboards).  He/She will provide support to the QA Manager and the team for the QA plans  Phases and Build Phases

MISSIONS

·  Develop and maintain up-to-date QA projects planning
·  Update project dashboards providing progress status (e.g., planning, main issues, action plan, KPIs)
·  Synthetize all the activities and their respective status within the rollout projects
·  Setup a dynamic reporting framework
·  Identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
·  Writing the QA newsletter

PROFIL AND QUALITIES REQUIERED

·  Strong attention to detail and rigor
·  Autonomous and proactive
·  Ability to synthesize, to listen and good relational skills
·  Ability to organize and to coordinate
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
·  Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Snow etc.) is a plus
·  Fluent in English (spoken & written)
