Part Time Fragrance & Beauty Stock Controller

Location: Selfridges Trafford Centre & Selfridges Exchange

Contract: Permanent, 28 hours/week, any 4 in 7 days

Your role @CHANEL:

To effectively receive, check, properly store and care for all CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty stock, arranging transfers if applicable, whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

Ensure that goods received correspond with the appropriate documentation as well as maintaining the computerised inventory system accurately

· 
Arrange for return and transfers of stock as requested, liaising with colleagues and recipients as necessary

· 
Develop and maintain expert standards of product knowledge to be shared as appropriate

· 
Communicate and liaise appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required 

· 
Apply a helpful and courteous manner towards all colleagues, remaining reliable, supportive and flexible as the business demands

· 
Timely and accurate completion of any necessary administration, adhering to set procedures and policies

· 
Assist with regular stock level checks

· 
Assist with the preparation as well as attending regular events including special events, promotions, stock taking etc.
