I.WHY THIS POSITION:

The D365 ‘HERO’ Programme is a multi-year, global transformation Programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all our regions. HERO will harmonize multiple regional ERPs existing globally, while respecting our Divisional operating models and métier specificities, to create a standardized, single global core ERP model. HERO is not just a Programme; it is a transformation building the foundation for the success of our Global business, strengthening us to embrace the growth of our future. The PMO Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of the Programme implementation by ensuring effective governance, planning, reporting, and risk management.

II. MAIN AREAS OF IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE IN THE ROLE:

The PMO Lead, based in London, will report to the Head of PMO and support the successful delivery of the HERO Programme by assisting with governance, planning, and execution of the D365 Global Core Model. Working closely with the Head of PMO, this role will contribute to tracking Programme milestones, coordinating risk management efforts, and facilitating alignment between global and regional teams to support strategic objectives and operational success.

Programme Planning & Reporting:

·  Support the execution and maintenance of project plans, ensuring dependencies, milestones, and deliverables are clearly outlined and communicated across teams.
·  Drive tracking and reporting Programme progress through structured, data-driven reports and dashboards, offering visibility into status, risks, and key performance indicators.
·  Work closely with leadership to help adjust plans and priorities based on evolving Programme needs and business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives set by the Head of PMO.
·  Support the utilization of planning tools, including Smartsheet, to facilitate project tracking and enhance visibility across stakeholders.
·  Assist in maintaining data integrity and consistency within planning tools to ensure accurate and reliable insights for decision-making.
·  Collaborate with project teams to optimize the use of planning processes and tools to improve efficiency and alignment.
·  Ensure all planning activities are carried out in accordance with the strategic direction and guidance provided by the Head of PMO.

Risk & Issue Management:

·  Support the identification and tracking of programme risks and issues, ensuring timely documentation and escalation where needed.
·  Assist in executing risk management processes, utilizing frameworks to help prioritize and address potential challenges.
·  Work with teams to provide input and maintain visibility on risk mitigation actions, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Control:

·  Support the coordination of stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment on programme goals and progress.
·  Assist in executing the change control process, ensuring potential impacts on scope, timelines, and resources are documented and addressed.
·  Act as a point of support for stakeholders, helping to bridge communication between business and technical teams.

Regional PMO & Partner Coordination:

·  Work closely with regional PMO teams and delivery partners to support alignment on programme objectives and execution.
·  Assist in coordinating efforts between regional and global teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across workstreams.
·  Support efforts to align timelines and dependencies across various stakeholder groups under the strategic direction of the Head of PMO.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:

·  Support the implementation of best practices in project management to enhance PMO operations and delivery efficiency.
·  Assist in reviewing and refining PMO processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
·  Help foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to support continuous learning and process enhancement.

IV. WHAT YOU WILL BRING

·  Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet; Azure DevOps (ADO) and PowerBI, including dashboard creation, automation, and reporting.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Experience managing large-scale ERP transformations (AX, SAP, or D365 preferred). 
·  Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
·  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. 
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders. 
·  Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
·  Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
