Brand and House Culture (Imagine CHANEL programs)

We’re looking for a Learning Experience Intern to join our very dynamic Learning and Development Global Team, working in Paris on topics of Brand and House Culture across the House. 

Specifically, we’re looking for someone to work on infusing our Brand Culture through Learning Experiences, looking after our Maison CHANEL network and running our Imagine CHANEL programs: Imagine CHANEL Discovery and Imagine CHANEL Perspectives.

This job reports to the Brand Culture Lead.

 

The aim is to sustain the excellence of these programs, while helping them evolve, delivering best in class experience for participants prior, during and after the Imagine CHANEL experience.

Ensuring the consistency of experience between global and local at all stages; in person and on digital platforms.

We are looking for you to:

* Produce and deliver best in class live experience, in person and/or in digital for our global seminars

* Be an efficient and detail-oriented event producer, while understanding the bigger picture

* Contribute to design of assets and guidelines for regional deployments 

* Create a strong proximity relationship with local partners across the House to ensure consistency and continuity of experience between global and local

* Genuinely be interested in the Brand, the House and luxury topics.

* Have excellent project management skills

* Have a genuine interest in technology and be prepared to liaise with technical teams

* Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. English is the language in which experiences are being developed and delivered
