Job description
Reports to: Learning & Development Manager
Internship duration: 6months in 2025/3/15 – 2025/9/30
Missions
· Support the drive for new learning activities to foster a growth-oriented mindset.
· Create and curate attractive and effective digital learning contents.
· Comment and react to posts to promote digital social learning.
· Create communication material (online/offline) to raise awareness.
· Analyze usage and propose improvement plans.
· Support online learning launch events.
· Translate training materials.
Requirements
· Native Japanese, fluent in English.
· Holding an appropriate Working Visa in case of non-Japanese nationality.
· PC skills such as the following are the required: PPT (animation, etc.), EXCEL (functions, etc.), WORD, familiarity with video and image editing software.
