FASHION CRM ANALYST
(1 Year Contract)
The Fashion CRM Analyst will support the Fashion Marketing & CRM team Department with the analysis, targeting & timely implementation of various marketing & CRM activities.
Main Responsibilities:
· Support boutiques with their CRM action plans and assist with embedding CRM culture throughout the business
· Provide actionable CRM insight to business stakeholders to support key business decisions
· Advance the client analytics portfolio and reporting tools
CRM/Client Intelligence
· Ensure efficient & optimal database maintenance, duplication & data capture process
· Support boutiques by producing weekly & monthly clienteling reports and provide insights to support CRM activities
· Report on Ecommerce sales performance and identify online targeting opportunities
· Produce ad-hoc operational & strategic analysis for specific requirements & challenges
· Liaise with the boutiques to track progress of boutique CRM action plans and client follow up
Digital & Direct Marketing
· Help implement offline & online customer engagement strategies & action plans
· Recommend targeting, preparation, monitoring and analysis of all digital and direct marketing initiatives
· Liaise with Global Marketing teams and 3rd party vendors for all digital and direct marketing action plans
Services, Events & Analytics to Support the Department
· Help with logistics, guestlist management, communication, coordination & ROI of events
· Assist on adhoc analysis activities for Customer Care Centre and GRACE Project
You will have:
· A minimum 3 year’s analytical experience ideally within Marketing/CRM
· Excellent spoken, written English and numeracy skills
· Intermediate/advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience using Google Analytics, Business Intelligence and other analytical software would be an advantage
Furthermore, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good understanding and passion for the luxury fashion industry alongside an analytical mind-set.
