What impact you can create at Chanel:
To provide executive assistance to the Managing Director of Hong Kong & Macau and undertake various administrative tasks such as managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangement and logistics, establishing and maintaining an accurate and efficient filing system. To support the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
You are energized by:
· Planning and organizing the Managing Director’s calendar and schedule of appointments.
· Coordinating travel arrangements for air / hotel / other logistics.
· Managing Managing Director’s travel and expense claims, and payments to vendors, corporate consultants and business association memberships under Managing Director’s budget.
· Arrange and coordinate meetings/events of the Executive Leadership Committee (ELC).
· Coordinating the logistics for overseas guest visits.
· Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
What you will bring:
· Relevant experience in executive assistant capacity supporting senior leaders such as Managing Director, CEO or General Manager.
· Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, high levels of efficiency and timeliness, meticulous and attentive to details.
· Professional disposition, high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Ability to navigate complexity in a global matrix organization, work independently; is resourceful and an effective problem-solver.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English.
