The Digital Solutions team plays a critical role at Chanel, driving the digital transformation for our client and retail experience in Taiwan. This team addresses the need to modernize and enhance the luxury client journey, ensuring that our omni-channel CRM initiatives align with the digital age's demands while maintaining Chanel's storied legacy.
Job Purpose
To lead the technical design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. You will spearhead the architecture of our Omni-channel CRM initiatives, ensuring that our digital touchpoints (including LINE) are seamlessly integrated with our backend systems. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural oversight, mentoring the development team to deliver best-in-class eServices that exceed the expectations of our discerning clients.
Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Guide the development team through the software lifecycle, providing technical direction, mentoring, and establishing best practices.

Solution Architecture: Analyze business requirements and design effective technical architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Documentation: Produce and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications for projects and systems.

Code Quality: Oversee code review processes, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support business objectives and future growth.

Risk Management: Identify technical and architectural risks, propose mitigation strategies, and address technical debt.

Process Improvement: Advocate for improvements in development processes, tools, and team collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement: Lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you will b ring
· Proven experience as a senior developer, technical lead, solution architect, or similar hybrid role.
· Strong proficiency in:
o Mobile technologies: Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, Ruby
o Backend technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java
o Frameworks: Flutter, Fastlane, NodeJS, Spring, React, Angular
o Cloud platforms and technologies: Azure, Kubernetes
· Experience with software architecture, system integration, and design patterns.
· Hands-on experience with cloud services, microservices, APIs.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
· Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead technical teams.
· Proficiency in architectural modeling and technical documentation.
· Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with agile methodologies and project delivery.

· Familiar with Salesforce ecosystem
